1. Scope
1.1This specification covers seamless tubes of nickeland nickel alloys, as shown in Table 1, for use in condenserand heat-exchanger service.
1.2 This specification covers outside diameter and aver-age wall, or outside diameter and minimum wall tube.
1.2.1The sizes covered by this specification are 3in. (76.2 mm) and under in outside diameter with minimumwall thicknesses of 0.148 in. (3.76 mm) and under, andwith average wall thicknesses of 0.165 in.(4.19 mm) andunder.
1.3Tube shall be furnished in the alloys and conditionsas shown in Table 2.
1.4The values stated in inch-pound units are to beregarded as the standard.The values given in parenthesesare for information only.
